How to Import Books into Calibre
Adding Books from Directories and Subdirectories
To add books from directories and subdirectories, select the downward arrow next to "Add books" and choose "Add books from directories and subdirectories." Navigate to the desired directory and select the books you want to import. Calibre will automatically import the books into your library.
Importing from an E-reader
If you have an e-reader, you can import books from it by connecting it to your computer and selecting "Import from connected reader" from the "Add books" menu. Calibre will automatically detect the e-reader and import the books into your library.
Adding Books from URLs
You can also add books to Calibre by entering the URL of the book's online location. Select "Add books from URLs" from the "Add books" menu and enter the URL of the book. Calibre will automatically download and import the book into your library.
